the location was fine it was close to the things i wanted to see

the room was not good the bed reminded me of sleeping on a board and the pillows were flat as pancakes the noise from the street was awful i could hear everything going on outside all night long i barely slept

I appreciated the hotel's central location. It made accessing trams and the train station simple. The lift to Barfüsserplatz was especially convenient. Breakfast was very good, with a lovely array of choices. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

The bedding needs improvement. The bed felt too firm for my liking.

the room was a superior double room and it was a nice size. i found everything i needed right there! also, the reception staff was so thoughtful. they paid attention to every little thing i said. i loved that each floor had a tea and coffee station. it.

the hotel is old. i could hear every single step and door slam.

the ROOM lacked soundproofing and i heard every noise from the hallway. SLEEPING became difficult because of it. the bathroom was outdated. the shower head sprayed water EVERYWHERE.

the hotel is older so you hear every step and the doors are loud when they close. it bothered me quite a bit.
